Owned an AWS ledger extraction and reconciliation service. Compared three architectures and secured direct source-table access to remove an incomplete data dependency. Added validation, idempotent upserts, run tracking, and alerts for safe replay and recovery.
Drove a 14-month migration of Apple Channel and SVOD accounting. Used reconciliation checks to verify correctness, with no transaction loss or duplicate booking detected.
Designed retry-safe payment, fulfillment, refund, and reconciliation workflows using conditional writes, locking, and dead-letter queues. Traced logs and transaction state transitions to correct a longstanding booking defect and support reconciliation of approximately $7.5M in affected transactions.
